AICAR is used in literature as a cell-permeable precursor converted to ZMP, an AMP-mimetic nucleotide used to study AMPK in cultured cells and animal models.
Classic AMPK papers and later exercise-physiology models use AICAR as a pharmacological probe. Those assays are experimental. They are not exercise or fat-loss claims for this vial.
AICAR / acadesine appears in WADA prohibited-list discussions as an AMPK-related agent. That is an anti-doping classification, not a use instruction.
