NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

Due to the specialized nature of our peptide products, we maintain a strict No Returns or Refunds policy on all peptide-related items. All sales of peptides are final.

Why This Policy Exists

Peptide products are highly sensitive research compounds. They are:

• Temperature- and light-sensitive
• Prone to degradation once the seal is broken or if not stored under specific conditions
• Intended for research or laboratory use only
• Subject to strict regulatory and safety guidelines regarding resale or redistribution

For these reasons, Opti-Gen Peptides cannot accept returned peptide products, as we cannot verify proper handling, storage, or integrity after they leave our facility. This protects product quality, customer safety, and compliance with applicable laws.

Policy Details

Peptide Products

• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including change of mind, accidental orders, or dissatisfaction with results.
• No returns are accepted under any circumstances.
• No exchanges are offered.

Non-Peptide Products (e.g. injector pens, pen cases, needles, cartridges, and other accessories)

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• To initiate a return, contact us at support@optigen-peptides.com with your order number.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (excluding original shipping fees).

Order Cancellations

• Orders cancelled before shipping may be eligible for a refund minus any processing fees (at our sole discretion).
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or arrives significantly damaged during transit:

• Contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of the damaged package (if applicable).
• We will work with the carrier to investigate and may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or partial refund for shipping-related issues only.

Payment Disputes / Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting us violates this policy. We reserve the right to:

• Decline future orders
• Pursue recovery of any losses incurred (including fees)
• Report the matter where appropriate
