GHK was described by Pickart as a plasma tripeptide that binds Cu(II). Literature covers cell-culture and gene-expression models.
Cosmetic INCI use of copper tripeptide-1 is a separate regulated/cosmetic pathway. It is not a claim that this pen kit is a skin, hair or wound product.
Pen-injector hardware belongs to licensed drug–device combinations. That does not authorise this accessory as a consumer injection or beauty device.
