Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt and payment confirmation.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
• During peak periods or high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any delays.
• To maintain product integrity, samples are generally dispatched Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday may ship the following Monday.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

• We ship within the United Kingdom using reliable services such as Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD.
• For international orders, we use DHL Express or Royal Mail International depending on the destination.
• All shipments include tracking information, which will be provided via email once the order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

• UK Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and service selected (e.g., standard tracked from £4.99–£7.99). Free shipping may be available for orders over £80.
• International Shipping: Costs vary by country/zone and are calculated at checkout. Additional customs duties, import VAT, taxes, or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
• We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates as necessary.

Delivery Times

• United Kingdom: Estimated 1-3 business days (tracked services).
• International: Estimated 3-10 business days (depending on destination and customs processing). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or local postal services.

Shipping Restrictions

• We only ship to addresses where it is legal to receive research peptides. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable UK, EU, and local laws and regulations.
• Peptides are for research purposes only and not for human or veterinary use.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes in all cases — please provide a physical address where possible.
• Certain destinations or restricted items may result in order cancellation and refund. We comply with all export control regulations.

Packaging

• All peptides are packaged in secure, temperature-protected and discreet packaging to maintain product integrity and protect your privacy during transit.
• Vials are sealed and individually protected.

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

• Tracking numbers are emailed upon dispatch.
• Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and ensuring someone is available to receive it (or provide safe place instructions where supported).

Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If a package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, tracking details, and order number.
• For lost shipments, we will investigate with the carrier. Refunds or replacements will be processed according to carrier policies once the investigation is complete.
