Published research context (not product claims)
AHK-Cu is a synthetic analogue of GHK-Cu with alanine in place of glycine. Both peptides coordinate Cu(II) through the conserved histidine–lysine motif used in copper-tripeptide chemistry.
The main AHK-specific primary paper often cited is Pyo et al., 2007 (Archives of Pharmacal Research): ex vivo human hair-follicle organ culture and dermal papilla cell assays. That work is experimental.
Most copper-peptide publications still concern GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide-1), including Pickart gene-expression and fibroblast models. Those GHK papers must not be rewritten as AHK-Cu product claims.
This listing is not an authorised cosmetic or medicine. Hair, skin or anti-ageing marketing of copper peptides is separate and is not a claim for this vial.
