Published research context (not product claims)
GHRP-6 is an early synthetic oligopeptide from 1980s secretagogue chemistry (Bowers and colleagues). Papers use it as a GHS-R1a (ghrelin receptor) research ligand. It has no sequence homology with ghrelin. Literature also notes ghrelin-pathway assay readouts (including appetite-related endpoints in models). Those findings are experimental and are not product benefits.
GHRPs are listed by WADA as prohibited in sport. That is an anti-doping classification, not a use instruction. There is no UK marketing authorisation for GHRP-6 as a medicine.
