Tesamorelin is a stabilised analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1–44) used in literature as a GHRH-receptor research ligand. Peer-reviewed clinical programmes later supported a licensed indication in selected markets for a defined prescription use. Those authorisations apply only to approved drug products. They do not apply to this research vial and must not be rewritten as fat-loss or body-composition claims.

GHRH analogues may fall under WADA peptide-hormone restrictions in sport. That is an anti-doping listing, not a use instruction.
