CJC-1295 with DAC is a modified GRF(1–29) analogue carrying a Drug Affinity Complex (maleimide linker designed for albumin binding in biochemical models). It was developed in ConjuChem programmes.
Papers such as Teichman et al., JCEM describe clinical-development / pharmacokinetic work on DAC-modified constructs. Those studies concern experimental or development materials. They are not growth-hormone claims for this vial.
CJC-1295 without DAC (modified GRF 1–29) is a shorter analogue and must not be treated as the same listing.
GHRH analogues may be WADA-restricted. There is no UK marketing authorisation for this vial.
