PT-141 / bremelanotide is a cyclic melanocortin analogue related to the Melanotan-2 series. Receptor papers describe MC3R / MC4R ligand assays.
A separate clinical-development programme produced authorised bremelanotide products in some markets. Those authorisations apply only to approved drug presentations. They must not be rewritten as sexual-function claims for this research vial.
Melanotan tanning literature must not be copied onto PT-141. There is no UK marketing authorisation for this listing.
