Tesamorelin is a stabilised GHRH(1–44) analogue with an N-terminal trans-3-hexenoyl modification. Receptor papers use it as a GHRH-receptor research ligand.

Egrifta-type labelling for HIV-associated lipodystrophy must not be copied onto this research listing.
