Published research context (not product claims)
ARA-290 / cibinetide was developed from work associated with Brines, Cerami and colleagues on a short peptide modelled on the helix-B surface of EPO. Papers describe it as a ligand at the innate repair receptor (EPOR–β common chain heteromer) in cell and animal models.
Separate clinical-development literature exists for cibinetide in investigational programmes. Those studies are not a UK marketing authorisation and must not be rewritten as neuropathy, pain or tissue-repair claims for this vial.
